Court Challenges Program (CCP), reinstated by the Government of Canada on February 7, 2017, provides financial support to individuals and groups in Canada to bring cases of national significance related to certain constitutional and quasi-constitutional official language and human rights before the courts.
The University of Ottawa, chosen by the Government through an open and transparent assessment process, is responsible for managing and implementing the modernized program.
