The Emergency Community Support Fund (ECSF) is a $350 million investment made by the Government of Canada to support vulnerable populations as they manage the impacts of COVID-19.
The Government is working with the United Way Centraide Canada, the Canadian Red Cross and Community Foundations of Canada, national-level intermediary organizations to disburse funds.
