Applicant Eligibility Criteria

• be a healthcare delivery agent or public health entity that is either for-profit or not-for-profit, and headquartered with a physical presence in Alberta;
• be able to demonstrate that the relationship between the Applicant and Co-Applicant does not present a conflict of interest;
• be a legal entity with up to date corporate filings:
  • incorporated in Alberta; or
  • a registered not-for-profit with or without charitable status in Alberta; and”
• be in good financial standing with Alberta Innovates and its subsidiaries InnoTech Alberta and C-FER Technologies.

Co-Applicant Eligibility Criteria

• be able to demonstrate that the relationship between the Applicant and Co-Applicant does not present a conflict of interest;
• be a legal entity with up to date corporate filings*:
  • incorporated in Alberta or another jurisdiction; or
  • a registered not-for-profit with or without charitable status in Alberta or another jurisdiction; and
• possess a digital health innovation that is market ready:
  • regulatory approved (Health Canada); or
  • not requiring regulatory approval, but ready to be used in a clinical or operational setting for the
    intended use-case (TRL 9); and
  • possess all other necessary certifications; and
• be in good financial standing with Alberta Innovates and is subsidiaries InnoTech Alberta and C-FER Technologies.
