Productivity EdTech Challenge

Value: Project funding between $50,000 and $150,000 is available for EdTech-driven productivity development or demonstration projects with strategic customers.

Description:

With support from Innovation and Advanced Education, this pilot program aims to facilitate the co-development of next-generation learning management and training technologies to accelerate skill development, increase productivity, and improve safety in Alberta’s business sectors.

Successful proposals will:

  • Improve the operational performance of established companies or organizations through the use of educational technologies
  • Build opportunities for Alberta companies (start-up or SME) to demonstrate their capability to provide solutions and work with larger, established partners with human productivity and/or learning challenges

Eligibility:

Applications can be received from any Alberta-based company, SME, or start-up. Each proposal will identify a host company or organization as part of the proposal. The host, also known as the strategic customer, must have sufficient resources to adequately test and evaluate the technology application, as well as serve as a strong validation partner for the relevant target market. No call for proposal at this time.
