NOVEMBER |
- Rural Transit Solutions Fund of the Capital Projects stream: applicants can apply for a contribution of up to $5 million. Application is ongoing. Capital Projects stream webinar: November 14, 2023.
- Canadian Safety and Security Program is looking for innovative solutions for the challenge: Lighting the path with AI: Advanced analytics and decision support for first responders. Maximum amount per proposal: $2,000,000. Deadline: November 15, 2023.
- Green Freight Program: Stream 2 (Repower and Replace): capped at $5M and will be subject to a 50% cost share. Now accepting applications for funding until November 16, 2023.
- Enabling Better Health through AI (AI-Better Health): funding up to a maximum of $800,000 over 3 years. Deadline: November 24, 2023.
- Alberta Municipal Water/Wastewater Partnership (AMWWP): Eligible projects can receive up to 75% of project costs. Deadline: November 30, 2023 for funding in the following year.
- Water for Life Program provides cost-shared funding to regional commissions or groups of 2 or more municipalities. Deadline: November 30 for funding in the following year.
- Resource Road Program provides funding to municipalities for roads used by new and existing industries. Deadline: November 30, 2023 for funding in the following year.
- Strategic Transportation Infrastructure Program (STIP) provides funding to municipalities under 4 funding streams. Application is open until November 30, 2023.
- African Swine Fever Industry Preparedness Program: Prevention and Preparedness Stream: provide up to $23.4 million over 2 years. Application is ongoing until November 30, 2023.
- African Swine Fever Industry Preparedness Program: Welfare Slaughter and Disposal Stream: Application is open until November 30, 2023 or until funding has been exhausted.
- Study: Water conservation, community project: Grant: Up to 50% of eligible costs to a maximum of $175,000.
- EIP – Carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) Utilization: support the development of cost and energy efficient utilization pathways. EoI: Opening fall 2023. Stay tuned!
- Call for Proposals under the Capacity Building stream of the Smart Renewables and Electrification Pathways is expected to open in fall 2023.
- First Nation Infrastructure Fund (FNIF) helps improve and increase public infrastructure in First Nations. Deadline: Fall of each year.
