Description

The Mining Research and Innovation Support Program (PARIDM) is intended for companies in the mining industry sector in Québec as well as those offering goods and services to this sector. The objective of the program is to support companies in carrying out their research and development projects in order to innovate and improve the competitiveness of Québec’s mining industry, according to at least two dimensions of sustainable development (environmental, economic and social).

Eligible Applicants

The program is offered to mining industry sector in Québec as well as those offering goods and services to this sector.

Eligible Expenses

The minimum contribution from businesses is 30% of eligible project expenses and the PARDM grant can be up to 40%. Other departments and agencies may contribute to the funding, but in no case should total government assistance exceed 70% of eligible expenditures.

Deadline Date

This program has been offered since April 2017 and is now extended until March 31, 2025.
