The Workforce Development Program assists companies to assess human resource (HR) management needs and develop and implement HR and workforce training and development plans.
Eligible applicants include private, for-profit companies with a Canadian Business Number and licensed to carry on business in Manitoba.
Funding can be used by SMEs to hire external support to assist in building company capacity and/or to develop and deliver internal training, particularly related to proprietary products and processes. (e.g. develop HR management strategy, identify and prioritize training to meet business goals).
