Climate Action Microgrant │Green Economy Calgary

Maximum of $5,000 per applicant.

Description

The Green Economy Calgary Climate Action Microgrant is intended to provide funding to members of Green Economy Calgary to implement sustainability projects. Thanks to the City of Calgary, there is $30,000 available. Microgrants can cover up to 50%, up to $5,000, of total costs to support sustainability projects advancing GHG emission reduction, water conservation, and waste reduction and diversion.

Eligible Applicants

Only Green Economy Calgary members in good standing with Green Economy Leader status can apply.

Eligible Expenses

Capital expenses, installation costs, and taxes net of rebates are eligible.

Deadline Date

The Climate Action Microgrant accepts applications on a rolling basis. Projects are reviewed and approved continuously until all available microgrant funds are allocated. Visit the official Green Economy Calgary website for current status and guidelines.
