Credit Line for Investment is a financial product that is completely different from the guaranteed loan. It makes funds available to you rapidly. It is right for you if you need investment money and financing on a regular basis.
Eligible Applicants
To be eligible, you must meet the eligibility conditions of the Farm Financing Program and be a client known to La Financière agricole du Québec.
Eligible Expenses
- Purchase of assets (including quotas) or real estate;
- Purchase or buy-back of interests or shares in a farm business or goods and services company;
- Refinancing of a loan;
- Value-added activities for harvested agricultural products.
Note: Farm’s operational needs and cash flow needs are not included in this financing option.
