Municipalities and regional districts can apply for grants that support projects related to the development of sustainable community infrastructure through the Infrastructure Planning Grant Program.
An eligible applicant is a local government (municipality or regional district). Local governments can submit applications on behalf of improvement districts, or other small water system operators and must include the letter of request from that organization.

Intakes for the Infrastructure Planning Grant Program are currently paused as the Ministry of Housing and Municipal Affairs reviews expenditures. Local governments will be notified when program updates become available.
