This initiative is a direct response to the community’s expressed demand for comprehensive employment support, coupled with solutions to the pervasive childcare obstacles faced by countless families and guardians.

Lifemark’s holistic approach aims to not only facilitate job placement but will also assist working parents to improve their work situation and remove barriers that often impede parents from accessing and maintaining meaningful employment.

  • Are legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Face barriers like childcare access, limited skills, transport issues, earn below living wage ($18/hour in Edmonton), work irregular shifts (early mornings, evenings, etc.), and need support to enhance employment.
