The Stollery Charitable Foundation is a private family foundation that provides funds to local registered charities helping people in Edmonton and Kamloops, where members of the Stollery family reside. The mandate of the Foundation is to improve the health and vitality of the local communities it serves while building the capacity of charitable agencies. The Foundation supports a wide range of projects. The areas of focus are health, social services (especially poverty reduction or poverty elimination projects), and education (including bursaries and scholarships for students attending post-secondary institutions). Other areas of interest include human rights and strengthening the charitable sector.
