The Government of Alberta subsidizes housing to ensure Albertans have housing options they can afford that meet their needs. See below for the 4 types of provincially-subsidized housing. Deadline Date

The application intake period for the Affordable Housing Partnership Program is currently closed. Internal evaluations of submitted projects are underway, with notifications expected in late April 2026. While no official dates have been announced for the next round, Intake 5 is anticipated to launch in late 2026.
