Develop collective research and innovation initiatives, as well as sectoral expertise, by supporting partnerships, structuring projects, co-financing and collaboration between research institutions and partners.
The financial assistance covers 60% of eligible expenses, up to a maximum of $710,000 (excluding indirect research costs and administrative costs). A maximum increase of 30% in the rate of financial assistance may be granted for projects that meet ministerial or government priorities.
Stream 4 of the Bio-Food Innovation Program, focusing on financial support for innovation partnership initiatives, is currently closed for applications. There is no call for projects underway at this time. Please visit the official MAPAQ website for any future announcements regarding new intake periods and specific guidelines.
