New York fintech – Canadian Technology Accelerator

New York City offers a wealth of opportunities for Canadian fintech companies aiming to expand in the United States (U.S.). The Canadian Technology Accelerator (CTA) global business development program can provide the knowledge and connections necessary to enter and thrive in this market.

Eligible Applicants

The CTA is seeking innovative business-to-business (B2B) Canadian Fintech companies that are building technology solutions in the following areas:

  • Payments and Lending
  • RegTech and Compliance
  • InsurTech
  • WealthTech
  • Data solutions for financial institutions and services
  • ESG solutions with a strong core value proposition for the financial sector

Your company must have:

  • A fully built and validated product with a differentiated technology
  • Recurring revenues and/or $1 million raised
  • A passionate, strong, and committed management team who can commit to participate in the entire program
  • Specific goals, clear objectives, and a strategy for entering the U.S. market

Eligible Expenses

Upon acceptance to the New York CTA program, you will gain access to:

  • Scale-Up Workshops: A balanced schedule combining knowledge acquisition with personalized agenda implementation for U.S. market expansion.
  • High-Level Events:  Engage with key organizations and players in the financial ecosystem, receiving valuable guidance to launch your business in the U.S.
  • Lead Mentorship: Build relationships and learn from seasoned business leaders through the Lead Mentorship track.
  • Network Generation Opportunities: Build your network of contacts through networking events, speed dating activities, and by engaging directly with financial ecosystem players.
  • Access to Global Networks: Join a vibrant community of acceleration participants, fostering ongoing support and collaboration.
