The Post-Production, Visual Effects and Digital Animation Grant (PPG) provides funding to help cover labour expenses for Alberta organizations involved in the development and delivery of post-production services in Alberta, including visual effects and digital animation.
To be eligible to apply, your organization must:

The Post-Production, Visual Effects and Digital Animation Grant operates on a periodic, cyclical basis. Applications for the next cycle will open annually on April 1st and are accepted until March 1st of the following year, or until all funds for the budget year have been allocated, whichever comes first. Applications must be received by 11:59 pm MST on the final day. If the deadline falls on a statutory holiday or weekend, it will be extended to the next working day. Funding is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please visit the official website to verify specific details and guidelines.
