The Roving Energy Manager (REM) program operates on a cyclical basis. Applications for Cohort 3 closed on December 19, 2025. The 2024 cohort is fully subscribed, and the application period for the subsequent cohort (Cohort 3) has now passed. There is currently no announced opening date for future cohorts.
