The Grant Writing Support program provides annual funding for a grant writing position in a local government or First Nation band within the Trust’s service region.
All applicants must be located within Northern Development’s service region.
The Grant Writing Support program operates on an annual, cyclical basis. Applications are typically due by midnight on January 31st for consideration in that funding year. The deadline for the 2026 funding year has passed. Applicants should monitor the official Northern Development Initiative Trust website for announcements regarding the next intake, expected for January 31, 2027, to verify specific details and guidelines.
