Description

The International Marketing Program is intended for international activities aimed at the distribution, commercialization of a sound recording, and the development of the career of Canadian artists in other territories. This first component supports activities aimed at developing and adapting artists to a target market, and their travel to a targeted territory for the presentation of a show, a showcase in front of international professionals or a tour of shows, including at least one performance in front of professionals, in order to help them better integrate.

  • Publishing house
  • Management House
  • Record label
  • Sound Recording Producer
  • Show Producer

Eligible Expenses

  • Expenses submitted at the time of application are subject to acceptance by Musicaction.
  • Eligible expenditures are determined based on market prices.
  • Generally, costs related to services provided by the Applicant, its company or any related company in connection with the project cannot exceed 25% of the eligible expenditures. Musicaction may require a job description from the employees for whom expenses are claimed.
  • Expenses are eligible from the time of application, except for airfare and accommodation costs.
  • Living and travel expenses.

Deadline Date

At the latest one month before the start of the activities.
