Spectrum Advantage is a community-based project of Autism Calgary that was designed to educate, assist and support individuals (18-30) living on the autism spectrum to find employment.

Participants follow a 4 month program providing a four week classroom program that assists all participants with soft skill development and also includes financial assistance to participants.
A wage reimbursement is available to the employers for the 3 months work experience in order to cover the costs of on-boarding and training a new employee. Ongoing job coaching is was available to all our participants on and off the job.
The Spectrum Advantage program operates on a periodic cohort basis. The program's website currently indicates that applications for the January 2026 cohort are still open. Interested applicants should visit the official program website for the latest information on new cohort dates and application procedures.
