The only eligible recipient is the International Association of Fire Fighters, Canada (IAFF/Canada).
Contributions will be made towards eligible costs that are incurred by the recipient and which, in the opinion of the department, are reasonable and are required to achieve the results to which they relate. Eligible costs are:
This initiative is a direct funding agreement between Public Safety Canada and the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Canada for hazardous materials training. The funding partnership has been renewed and is active through March 2029. It is not an open grant program for other organizations to apply for funding.
