Description

International Residencies is part of the Arts Across Canada and Abroad program. It funds activities linked to international artistic and cultural exchanges for Canadian artists, arts workers, artistic groups and artistic organizations. Funding supports creative research and creation that include networking activities within the context of a residency abroad.

Eligible Applicants

Potential applicants: 

  • Artists or arts workers
  • Artistic groups
  • Artistic organizations
  • First Nations, Inuit or Métis artists or arts/cultural workers
  • First Nations, Inuit or Métis cultural carriers
  • First Nations, Inuit or Métis groups or collectives
  • First Nations, Inuit or Métis not-for-profit organizations

Eligible Expenses

Participation in an international residency of at least 5 consecutive days for which you have been invited or selected by an organization.

You can apply for creative research and/or creation that includes international networking.
