The Sustainable Affordable Housing (SAH) initiative is currently paused for new applications. Funding for capital projects and pilots is closed, and intake for plans and studies is temporarily paused. The program is expected to reopen in the future on a smaller scale, with a renewed focus on early-stage planning and study grants.
