This funding will help people with disabilities and their families access disability programs and benefits, like the Disability Tax Credit (DTC) and the Canada Disability Benefit (CDB).

Only 1 application per organization will be accepted. The Solicited Call for Proposals is a competitive process and not all applications submitted under this CFP will be selected for funding.
ESDC will support organizations that help people with disabilities and their families find and apply for these benefits by:
Organizations can apply for up to $500,000 per year, up to a total of $1 million over 2 years.
The application period for the Social Development Partnerships Program – Disability Component – Disability Benefits Navigation (Navigation Services) closed on January 16, 2025, and was by invitation only. Projects began in April 2025. While the broader program continues to fund disability navigation services, no new open call for proposals for this specific component has been announced for 2026.
