- A total of $5 million is available under the Fermentation call. Eligibility guidelines:
- Fermentation using co-products from Canadian broad acre crops as a feedstock to create high value ingredients for food, feed, pharmaceutical, industrial or personal care
- Fermentation using alternate feedstocks may be considered if the end product is a high value ingredient (eg. colour, emulsifier) for the food or feed industries.
